Guitar Lesson DurationThe standard length of a guitar lesson is 30 minutes, for pupils aged 10 years and over. Pupils under 10 years often start with a 20 minute lesson, extending this to 30 minutes, when age and concentration span allows it.Most pupils start and continue with weekly lessons of either 20 or 30 minutes. More experienced pupils may find that one lesson per fortnight is enough to provide a repertoire of pieces to be practised. This can be discussed.Most lessons are one to one; there is some scope however for 2 or 3 pupils to learn at one time, depending on ability, age and experience, sharing the cost between them.
